Peninsula Clarion Online June 11, 2004 - Boy gets fish wish Each participating organizations educational program teaches something different to the children. The Department of Fish and Game allows the kids to release a trout into Johnson Lake, the Coast Guard teaches about boat safety, the KSRA gives fly fishing lessons, and the KRPGA teaches the children spin casting techniques. Indeed, in Alaska, learning about fish and how to fish is almost a necessity. Parents
